Online Course Information

The program fee includes lifetime access to course materials and one year access to learning and community app.

Student will be provided with training materials, virtual classroom training & LIVE mentoring for a maximum of one calendar year from the date of enrollment.

You will be able to download PDF training materials including lesson study guides, workbooks,and business tools, and access video training materials anytime online from any device.

Registration Confirmation

All registrations will be confirmed via email from the program administration. The confirmation email will include the details of the training course, transaction receipt, and contact details for any additional information about the course that you may need.

Refund and Enrollment Cancellation Policy

A refund can be requested within 7 days after the purchase is made.
You can also transfer your enrollment to another person.

Refunds for the online programs are only given under the following circumstances:

  • The student/user requested a refund not later than 7 days after the purchase 

  • The student/user requests a refund, in writing via email to [email protected] within twelve weeks from the date of the registration. 

  • The student/user proves the study requirement is completed:

  1. The student/user completed 10 modules of the course;
  2. The student/user attempted all assignments and exercises provided in the course. The completed assignments should be provided either in the community platform or submitted to [email protected]
  3.  The student/user attended at least 6 live mentoring sessions and the proof is provided

A full refund will be issued within one week if requested within the refund period (7 days from the date of registration).

Please note that our refund policy is final and binding. 
The school will not honor refund requests later than 7 days after your purchase.

With the enrollment and accessing of your online program, you have read and agreed to this refund policy.

Upon enrolling in a course with any educational institution a student is entering a legal agreement under common law, in which they agree to abide by the conditions of enrollments (including meeting stated payments), in exchange for the service offered by the institution in the delivery of the course.

The below stated Terms and Conditions are referenced on every student's order form for tuition fee settlement.  

The purchase is never accepted unless the student has agreed to the terms and conditions on the order form prior to paying for the program.

Non-Completion

If the participant fails to complete the course requirements within one calendar year, the full course fees are payable.

Code of Conduct & Confidentiality 

  • Students are not allowed to record audio or video during the training program without prior approval, or post screenshots of community discussions externally.
  • Violation of confidentiality may lead to serious consequences up to a legal action in local jurisdiction.
